There are a lot of ninja tricks you can learn to increase your ejaculate volume AND be able to shoot your semen more powerfully.
Sometimes you don’t need more semen.

If you release sperm daily you’ll feel a brain fog and loss of energy because your body will prioritize a reproduction of the lost sperm cells over other things.
Our bodies main priority after survival is reproduction, this task is in high priority.

- Contract your PC muscle and hold it for 3 seconds
- Fully relax for 3 seconds
- Perform a set of 30 flexes, 3 times/day with a goal to build up to 50 flexes per set
A great way to get into flow is to hold the muscle as you inhale, and release as you exhale.
The cool thing about these exercises is that you can do them anywhere – while driving, sitting at the computer, walking.
Just set 3x reminders during the day or have some trigger events (breakfast, lunch, dinner… or toilet breaks) that will remind you to do to hem regularly.
Advanced: Long PC Clench
Once the first exercise is easy to you, you can step it up a notch. Graduating to this exercise will give you the control and strong penis you want.
Here are the steps:
- Contract your PC muscle tightly (imagine inwards and upwards) and hold it for 10 seconds.
- Release and relax all the muscles for 10 seconds
- Do a set of 20 reps, 3x/day with the aim to build it up to 50 flexes per set.
