Standard Delivery

We don't like to play favourites here at UberKinky! But, when it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. Larger items or next day guaranteed items will be sent out via DPD. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep tabs on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery. When picking UK Royal Mail 24 and 48 as the delivery method you will be given the opportunity to nominate a ‘safe place’ as your preferred delivery location for when you are not at home. Next Working Day Guaranteed

When you place your order before 3:45PM Monday to Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next day.

If you want your order to arrive on Saturday, you must place your order before 3:45PM on a Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the next day, contact us and we'll issue you with a full postage refund. However, please bear in mind that if you order something after 3:45PM on a Friday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

Think we'd have to be really selfish to keep all of these gratifying goodies to ourselves? Well, we know just how desperate the rest of the world is to get their hands on our UberKinky packages. So, here is all the required delivery information for those that reside outside the UK;

 

Your parcel may be winging its way to you at full speed, but you'll be the one flying high when it arrives! It is, however, our duty to inform you that any Customs or import taxes are your own responsibility and, unfortunately, UberKinky has no control over them. If Customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized and unfortunately in this case we cannot offer you a refund. But, don't dismay; your package will not specify any details with regards to its contents. So, why not go overboard and order something really naughty?

Live in the EU and worried you’ll face import charges?

Fear not, we’ve got you covered! It’s true that because of Brexit, our EU customers were facing VAT & import duty charges on all orders. However, to counteract this, we’ve switched our carrier to DHL so we can pay any & all additional fees upfront. Simply select DHL and the price you see is the price you’ll pay… let us take care of the rest!
